Market Update - From Your Port Credit Realtor

Blog by Gord Honor | December 8th, 2016

November was another great month for home sales in Port Credit and all of Mississauga.

The average time from lisitng to sold for all freehold homes (Includes freehold town homes) was 14 days.

In all of Mississauga includng Port Credit there were a total of 363 active listings and 397 homes sold.

The average sold price compared to the list price was 102.4% - Yes bidding wars are the norm now.

Currently in all of Mississauga, including Port Credit and Mineola there are 1.4 months of available inventory. What that means is that if no new homes came on the market it would only take about 6 weeks to sell all of the homes currently listed in Mississauga.

If you are thinking about selling your home in Port Credit, Mineola or anywhere else in Mississauga I would be happy to help you get the process started.
