In the last 24 hours there have been 0 new listings in Lorne Park and 0 homes sold.
The cold weather and the upcoming holidays are part of the issue and it's normal for this time of the season.
Having said that there are a lot of people in the preperation phase and I expect to see a lot of listings come out in early January.
