The last 24 hours were busy for home sales in Central Erin Mills with 2 condos selling, both for over the asking price. One was on Glen Erin Drive and the other on Kimbermount.
There have not been any new listings come on the market and with these sales that just helps to bring the inventory level of available homes down, increasing the chance that the currently available homes will sell.... and for perhaps over list!
Even if a home has been on the market for more than the average time to sell they can still get multiple offers. This happens more often that you would think.
That being said buyers are starting to get very frustrated with the "holding offers" until date, and are sometimes electing to wait and see if no one else bids on a house they are considering.
